APPLICATION:运用

- This furnace is designed mainly for the smelting of small amounts of non-ferrous metal (gold， silver， copper， brass).

- 该熔炼炉主要适用于冶炼少量非铁金属（金、银、铜、黄铜）

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FURNACE:主要结构描述

- The furnace frame is octagonal and is made from precision-milled and tooled fiberglass plates which are assembled

- 框架为八角形，由精密研磨的玻璃纤维板作为材料使用

- The frame is made of welded bent steel plates.

- 框架由焊接弯曲钢板制成

- The tilting mechanism allows the furnace to be locked in any position between the moving stops.

- 倾斜机构让炉能在任意位置被可靠锁定

- The unlocking and tilting system is designed for single-handed operation

- 解锁和倾斜系统的设计为单手操作

- the thermal shield protects the operator from potential radiant heat injury.

- 热保护罩能防止操作员受到潜在的辐射热伤害

- The charge is heated using a high-frequency spiral heater (inductor)

- 炼炉使用高频加热螺旋（电感器）

- The inductor consists of water-cooled cables connected to an electrical energy source which is then connected to an open circuit of cooling water

- 电感器由水冷电缆组成，水冷电缆连接至电源，然后再连接到一个水冷开路

- The furnace has two independent circuits， which though must be individually cooled with water， can also be connected to a shared input and output canal

- 炼炉配备有两套独立的电路，虽然需要两套独立的水冷，但也可以共用一套输入和输出管

- Regulation is done using the high-frequency source， with current flow through the inductor adjusted using a rotary wheel

- 调控的实现使用的是高频源，流过电感器的电流通过旋转轮来调节

- The HF unit is equipped with a handle and the furnace is small enough to be carried in the hands.

- HF元件配备有一个把手，小巧的炼炉可以用手拎起
