电磁脉冲阀专为除尘设备的应用而设计，具有高流量、长寿命、瞬间开关的阀门，由电磁先导控制其开通和关闭，由于先进的设计，使阀门具有良好的流体性，采用**丁晴橡胶膜片，故而具有压力损失低，OUTANS欧顿公司多年研发经验使得产品更加成熟，保证了电磁脉冲阀得到脉冲电信号时快速开启和完成脉冲后的迅速关闭。

高纯度铝合金压铸阀体，**特殊夹物组成的电磁脉冲阀膜片，使得膜片具有极高的拉伸强度、抗老化性和较低的磨损量，使得OUTANS欧顿公司电磁脉冲阀喷吹寿命高于100万次或三至五年使用不损坏。

电磁脉冲阀线圈采用高于国标级绝缘注射在防护等级为IP65全灌封，全铜漆包线，圈数高于国家标准，保证电磁脉冲阀600万次通电吸合不损坏，电磁线圈可以在脉冲阀芯上360°旋转，接线盒可以4 x 90°旋转安装，可防止暴露在露天时雨水进入，极大方便了不同角度安装。

D M F-Z型电磁脉冲阀输入口与输出口夹角为90°称之为直角阀，其输入、输出口为内螺纹，分别与分气箱(气包)上的短管或喷吹螺纹管连接，安装方便、气流通畅，能提供理想的清灰气脉冲，适用于各种过滤单元的清灰。

安装方法提示

1、电磁脉冲阀的喷吹气源由气箱(气包)提供，分气箱有方形和圆形二种，圆形分气箱耐压力效果较好，使用淹没式电磁脉冲阀时，方形分气箱安装比较方便。

2、分气箱的截面积和长度决定储气容积，其容积应满足该组脉冲阀每次喷吹后，箱内剩余压力不低于喷吹前压力的50%，进气管内径决定向分气箱充气速度，其速度应满足该组脉冲阀每次喷吹后10s内使箱内气体恢复至喷吹前压力。

3、脉冲阀应安装在分气箱的上部或侧面，安装侧面时脉冲阀输入端中心不应低于分气箱侧面中心线以下，脉冲阀不可安装在分气箱底部，同时脉冲阀输出端应安装处于水平或向下位置，不可安装向上位置。

4、喷吹管的喷吹孔应小于18左右，开孔为:8-32mm(远小近大)，喷吹管离布袋口200-400为宜。
