Respond to service calls to isolate or fix problem in malfunctioning instruments

Maintain proper business relationships with customers through good service contacts

Work together with sales team in pre-sales support

Sorting installation&service manual in both English and Chinese 整理中英文安装及服务手册
Base in Beijing and travel throughout China 工作地北京，会在国内各地区出差　
Job Requirements:
Min. 2-3 years service experience 至少2-3年维修工作经验　
Bachler degree (,electronic, LED，chemistry, material science) or above
本科或以上学历，电气，LED，化学或材料科学专业背景
Be good at written and oral English 良好的英语说写能力
