仪器简介：

本試験機は、転がり軸受用材料の耐久試験機で磨き仕上げされた円盤試験片と

この上に乗せた３個の鋼球を回転させ、高温乾式、高温湿式状態にて円盤試験片

に点接触繰返し疲労を与えるものです。

負荷は、１ｋＮ ～ １０ｋＮ の間を ０.５ｋＮ 毎に変更することができます。

また、振動監視装置により試験片にフレーキングが生じた場合は、直ちに機械

の運転を停止させます。試験機の積算回転数は、積算計に計数表示されます。

THEREFORE， ROLLING FATIGUE BY A POINT CONTACT IS APPLIED TO THE SPECIMEN.

SINCE ADOPTING LIFE OBSERVATION UNIT USING ACCELERATION DETECTOR ATTACHED ON LOADING LEVER， TRF-5 OPERATION IS STOPPED AUTOMATICALLY AND NO. OF ROTATION IS INDICATED ON DIGITAL DISPLAY.

IN ADDITION， AS AN OPTION， HIGH TEMPERATURE ( RT – 200℃) UNIT IS AVAILABLE.

１１．PROGRAM UP TO ACCEPTANCE

Following program is included in the supplier’s quotation

(1) Pre-shipment inspection

Supplier shall conduct trial test with 30 samples and report in order to confirm the performance.

Shipping inspection and trial run for 7 days in the presence of two(2) delegates of customer.In advance of this inspection， customer shall provide suitable pieces of specimen to supplier for preparation.

(2) Shipment

Shipment shall be conducted in adequately insulated against resonable amount of sea breeze and salt water.

In order to be free from custom tax， supplier shall assist the user/consignee by providing required documents such as drawing catalogue， parts list etc in advance of shipment.

(3) Installation， instruction and FAT

Leveling， Anchoring and grouting shall be supervised by supplier prior to the installation.

Installation， trial run and instruction by agreed Man-Days from supplier including round trip as following program

The Method of acceptance test shall be in accordance with discussion under prescribed standards

Note :

In the event of damages of apparatus due to supplier’s fault during installation， supplier shall restore these damages at his expense.

Installation personnel shall submit daily work report during installation.

１２．WARRANTY

Supplier shall warrant the performance and original specification of apparatus for one year (12months) after the day of Final Acceptance Test or 18 months after the date of Bill of Lading， whichever comes earlier. Supplier shall compensate and which deem to be borm due to supplier’s fault

REMARKS

This specification is subject to change by subsequent consent by the customer， however， in that case， the minutes of meeting thereof shall have the priority to be observed and nothing can be bind the parties other than the minutes
